Wow, Johny, I am in awe about this painting. Last time I've seen something of yours it was pretty much some amorphous pale paint smudge (no offense, I really don't understand the paintings, I'm more of a graphite girl), but this - this painting is talking to me. I see there the whole complexity of one certain industrial city corner where only shy clumps of withering grass grow, where the sky is low and grey, everything made of silent concrete, cold metal and shattered dreams... I really like this one. And I like the artistic path you've chosen for yourself. Keep this up.
Thank you for your comment I used to think that I would never paint when I started drawing (2010) but a year ago I "had" to start painting, I feel more free to be creative. I can't complain about what I achieved in 1 year, I think... This was one of my first cityscapes paintings, more are to come
